We are seeking talented finance professionals to join a dynamic Shared Services team in Malaysia, with opportunities available across two key finance functions: Record to Report (RTR) and Procure to Pay (PTP).

Record to Report (RTR) Analyst - Budget: RM 6500

Responsible for general accounting, month-end closing, account reconciliation, financial analysis, audit support and fixed asset accounting. The role will also provide technical support on accounting matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualifications are an advantage
• Min 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Record to Report processes
• Experience with SAP, OneStream and Microsoft Office is an advantage

Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst - Budget: RM 5000

Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, GR/IR monitoring, month-end closing and resolving payment-related queries. The role will also support process improvements, system testing and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Min 2 of Accounts Payable experience
• ERP/SAP experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
