Job Description:

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented QA & EHS Executive to assist in managing quality control, occupational safety and health, and environmental-related activities in our manufacturing operations.

• This position is suitable for candidates with some experience in quality, safety, health or environmental management.

• Candidates with good documentation, coordination and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.

• Some working experience in QA/QC, EHS, OSH or a related manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with a relevant qualification and good documentation skills may also be considered.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or occupational safety and health requirements will be an added advantage.

• Good documentation, record-keeping and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

• Responsible, systematic, proactive and willing to learn.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary:

RM2,800–RM3,500 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience and competency.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Assist in daily quality control activities, product inspections and quality monitoring.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports and other relevant documentation.

• Assist in handling customer complaints, non-conformance reports and corrective/preventive actions.

• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System documentation, internal audits and external audits.

• Follow up on quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)

• Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety and health practices in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Conduct workplace inspections and follow up on identified safety issues.

• Maintain OSH records, training records, risk assessments and other relevant documentation.

• Assist in coordinating safety training, medical surveillance, audiometric testing and other OSH-related activities.

• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and service providers on OSH matters when required.

Environmental Management

• Assist in monitoring environmental compliance and maintaining relevant records.

• Coordinate scheduled waste management, waste disposal documentation and other environmental-related activities.

• Support environmental audits, inspections and improvement initiatives.

General Duties

• Ensure proper filing, updating and control of documents and records.

• Prepare reports, forms, procedures and other documentation as required.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and requirements.
