• Physically fit and willing to perform lifting and moving of heavy items.

• Must have safety shoes.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

• Able to start work immediately.

• Location: Seksyen 16, Shah Alam

• Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

• Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday, Sunday off)

• Employment Type: 3-month contract with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff based on performance

• Salary Payment: Twice a month (7th & 22nd)

• Night Shift: RM110/day

After 1 Month

• Day Shift: RM110/day

• Night Shift: RM115/day

About the Role

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

The role requires compliance with production schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

• Set up and operate production machines according to approved work instructions and SOPs.

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

• Monitor machine performance and operating parameters to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

• Load raw materials and components into production equipment.

• Conduct routine in-process inspections and report any quality or equipment issues.

• Support production line changeovers and ensure machines are properly prepared.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.

• Complete production records accurately and communicate production status during shift handovers.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS teams.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
