Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Supervise and guide outlet staff to ensure proper work performance, discipline, attendance and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness and overall outlet conditions.
• Ensure daily operations are carried out according to company SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory usage and wastage, and ensure proper stock control.
• Coordinate staff schedules, manpower planning and daily task allocation.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving outlet targets.
• Conduct regular checks on food preparation, portion control, hygiene and service quality.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, purchasing and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly operational reports to management.
• Assist management in implementing new procedures, promotions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Good knowledge of outlet operations, stock control and staff management.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.
• Candidates with experience managing multiple outlets or a large team will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
