Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Friendly, professional, responsible and well-organised.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn clinic management software.

Able to multitask and work well in a team.

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries professionally.

Handle appointment bookings, confirmations and patient registration.

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

Explain basic treatment information and coordinate with dentists and nurses.

Handle payments, receipts and daily cashier records.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment.

Assist with basic social media content, posting and enquiries.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.

Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
