Through proactive evaluation of current practices and careful management of production schedules, you’ll ensure every process runs smoothly. Your commitment to minimising waste will make a real difference not just for the company’s goals but for the entire team’s success.

  • Design and implement LEAN practices such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), continuous flow optimisation, workplace organisation using 5S principles, cycle time analysis, takt time studies, ergonomic improvements, waste definition, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programmes.
  • Analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify value-added activities while minimising non-value-added tasks for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Lead Kaizen events focused on uncovering potential improvements within manufacturing processes by engaging cross-functional teams in collaborative problem-solving.
  • Develop detailed work instructions and provide comprehensive training to team members to ensure consistent application of best practices across all production areas.
  • Redesign work areas and layouts to create more ergonomically friendly environments that reduce repetitive motions and eliminate inefficient methods.
  • Plan, select, design, and develop workplace layouts for manufacturing processes utilising lean manufacturing techniques to optimise workflow.
  • Lead project teams dedicated to optimising printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and mechanical assembly processes on an ongoing basis for improved yield and quality.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives aimed at upgrading production yield and quality while identifying opportunities for cost reduction throughout the operation.
  • Drive yield improvement projects and cost reduction efforts aligned with company objectives by minimising waste such as scrap, non-conformance costs, and non-value-added activities.
  • Evaluate current industrial engineering practices to identify areas needing enhancement while managing production schedules and coordinating services for maximum productivity through capacity analysis.
