We are looking for a Brand Manager, Nescafé Classic to delight target consumers, build strong brands, and deliver sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the Nescafé Classic portfolio through consumer-centric marketing strategies, innovation and renovation initiatives, and impactful brand-building campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will strengthen brand equity, accelerate category growth, and enhance consumer engagement across all touchpoints.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager

• Identify and understand target consumers through consumer insights, market trends, and category analysis to uncover growth opportunities for the Nescafé Classic business.
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with category, regional, and global business objectives.
• Drive the execution of brand plans, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand preference and loyalty.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, and Customer teams to develop winning channel and shopper strategies.
• Support the development of portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Lead innovation and renovation projects within the Nescafé Classic portfolio, ensuring successful execution from concept to launch.
• Develop and execute Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) in line with Market Business Strategy (MBS).
• Monitor brand performance, analyse market and competitive data, and recommend actions to drive market share and business growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective investment optimisation through PFME principles.
• Work closely with agencies and external partners to deliver impactful brand communication campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Development, and Consumer Insights to achieve business objectives.
• Champion the Nescafé Classic brand vision and ensure consistent execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
• Experience managing established consumer brands, preferably within the beverage, coffee, or food categories.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand building, and portfolio management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners.
• Experience supporting product launches, innovation, or renovation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of category dynamics and shopper behaviour.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building iconic brands and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
