About the Role

We are seeking motivated banking sales professionals to join a leading financial institution as an Assistant Relationship Manager. This position is ideal for candidates with banking sales experience who enjoy acquiring customers, building relationships, and promoting banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Acquire new-to-bank customers
• Promote banking and financial products
• Identify customers' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve individual sales and business targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience
• Experience selling banking products
• Proven sales track record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• FIMM certification is required

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
