Position: Engineering Interfacility Maintenance

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering

Job Scope/ Responses :

1.Facility Inspection & Maintenance Support

- Assist in daily inspection of electrical, mechanical, 17/AC, plumbing and building facilities

- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities

2. AutoCAD & Technical Drawing

- Prepare, update and revive AutoCAD drawings for facility and engineering projects

- Assist in preparing electrical layout, equipment layout, fleer plan, piping layout and ether technical drawings

- Update drawings based on actual sits conditions and project modifications.

- Maintain proper documentation and revision records of engineering drawings.

3. Engineering Projects

- Assist Engineering team in ongoing facility improvement and modification projects.

- Support site measurement, data collection and project documentation

- Assist in monitoring project progress and contractor activities

4. Maintenance Documentation

- Prepare and update maintenance checklists, reports and equipment records.

- Maintain project documentation, photographs and maintenance records using Excel or other relevant software.

5. Equipment Monitoring

- Assist in monitoring facility equipment such as MSB/MDB, DB, genset, pumps, HVAC, compressor, lighting and other utilities.

- Record equipment readings and report abnormal conditions.

6. Contractor & Site Support

- Assist in monitoring contractor work and site activities.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, requirements and safety procedures.

7. Improvement/Kaizen

- Assist in facility improvement, energy saving, cost-saving and Kaizen projects.

- Support preparation of before-and-after documentation for improvement activities

8. Safety & 55

- Support Engineering department in 5S and workplace safety activities.

- Identify and report basic facility and safety issues.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
