We are looking for ambitious individuals to join career platform with structured training to become a Leader in the Takaful industry.

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional Takaful & Financial Planning consultation
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Attend structured training, coaching & mentorship
• Develop towards Leadership / Unit Manager & MDRT pathway

Income & Benefits:

• Fixed Bridging Income for 12 Months:

Tier 1: RM3,000 | Tier 2: RM6,000 | Tier 3: RM10,000

• Plus Commission + Performance Bonus + Incentive Trips
• Hybrid Work Arrangement, Monday – Friday Only

Requirements:

• Age 45 and below
• Diploma + Minimum 1Years Working Experience OR Degree (Fresh Graduates are eligible)
• Full-time commitment & own transport

Note: Bridging Income is subject to monthly KPI achievement.
