Promote personal loan products to potential customers

Assist customers with product information and loan enquiries

Identify and follow up with potential customers

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable loan products

Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages and other communication channels

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Follow up with leads and guide customers through the application process

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales activities

Keep updated on the company’s products, promotions and loan requirements

Participate in sales activities, campaigns and promotional events

Perform other sales-related tasks as required
