Job Description

• Carry out site progresses, measurement, valuation, and follow-up on-site progress claim.
• Check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within the project budget.
• Oversee project cost control including presentation of the request for variation order and variation orders for management approval.
• Checking/Monitoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.
• Provide contract and cost management expertise and coordinate project cost estimation.
• Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance with contractual items and conditions.
• Oversee value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost/budget including review of consultant’s designs and material use.
• Liaison with client/consultants/sub-contractors/suppliers including all necessary correspondence and all contractual matters.
• Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on-site and verify subcontractor's monthly claim.
• Review offers and quotes by contractors according to requirements to determine the most beneficial alternative.
• To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within the project budget.
• Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and review reports where necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Working 5 days (monday - friday)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
