• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, conversion tracking, and social analytics tools.

• Creative & Strategic Skills: Strong copywriting, content planning, visual storytelling, and strategic positioning abilities.

• Client Management: Proven track record of presenting to clients and handling stakeholder communication.

• Leadership: Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and scale social media accounts for our clients. In this role, you will own client outcomes—setting platform strategies, directing creative execution, managing paid campaigns, and presenting actionable performance insights directly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Client Ownership

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with client business goals.

• Act as a senior point of contact, confidently presenting content plans, strategies, and performance reviews to clients.

• Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep client accounts ahead of the curve.

2. Content & Creative Direction

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-performing, platform-native content.

• Review all creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency, messaging accuracy, and high quality before publishing.

3. Campaign Execution & Optimization (Organic & Paid)

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage conversion tracking, targeting, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.

• Continuously test content formats and ad creatives to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track key social metrics (reach, engagement, growth, traffic, leads) and compile clear performance reports.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations rather than just reporting numbers.

• Perform competitor benchmarking and audience research to identify growth opportunities.

5. Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide, review, and mentor junior social media executives to elevate overall team output.

• Take full ownership of account deliverables with minimal supervision.
