Requirements
- Minimum Secondary/SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience in accounting or administration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Willing to learn and adapt to accounting software and administrative procedures.
- Able to work on-site at The Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department and assist with daily operations.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations by gathering and verifying relevant information.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and vendor statement reconciliation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for accounting documents.
