Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experiencein project planning/scheduling, preferably inEPCC, electrical, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Good knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, and scheduling techniques.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project.

Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deadlines with Project Managers, Engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and S-curves.

Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks, and highlight them to the project team.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.

Update project schedules based on actual progress and approved changes.

Assist in preparing recovery plans and mitigation schedules for delayed activities.

Maintain proper project planning and scheduling documentation.
