Role Description The Project Management Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This role oversees end‑to‑end project planning and execution for flooring and decking installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that arise during installation. The Project Management Supervisor will lead and guide project teams, communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and prepare regular status reports and documentation. The role also involves reviewing project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous enhancement of project processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple flooring projects effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead teams, delegate tasks, and support performance and safety on-site.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders and to produce clear reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret project data, manage risks, and make sound decisions under time and budget constraints.
• Relevant experience in construction, flooring, or interior fit‑out project management is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software or tools and basic office productivity applications is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
