Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience
• Previous experience managing or leading an e-commerce function is preferred
• Strong practical experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and/or Website
• Good understanding of marketplace campaigns, pricing, promotions and conversion
• Experience with TikTok Live and/or affiliate marketing is highly preferred
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, margins, platform fees and profitability
• Comfortable analysing data and making decisions based on performance
• Able to work independently and take ownership of business results
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Decor Hub is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing home improvement brands, specialising in DIY wall panels, UV marble sheets, fluted panels, wallpaper and interior decorative materials.

We sell primarily through TikTok Shop, Shopee and other online channels, with ambitions to become one of Malaysia's leading home décor brands.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Growth Manager to take ownership of our online business across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website, while also overseeing growth and digital marketing activities that directly contribute to online sales.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who is commercially strong in e-commerce and ready to take broader ownership of business growth.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of marketing. However, you should be able to understand the full online customer journey, analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, coordinate different functions and guide the team towards better commercial results.

You will work closely with the Founder and management team and will participate in an open-P&L profit-sharing scheme, giving you visibility into key commercial numbers and the opportunity to benefit directly from profitable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Commercial Management

• Take ownership of overall performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website. Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans, campaign strategies and growth initiatives
• Monitor key metrics including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, ROAS and profitability
• Manage pricing, promotions, vouchers, platform campaigns and product assortment
• Analyse channel P&L, margins, platform fees, advertising costs and overall profitability
• Identify underperforming products, channels and campaigns and implement improvement plans
• Coordinate inventory and stock planning for campaigns and key products
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management

TikTok Live & Affiliate Growth

• Oversee the performance of TikTok Live operations
• Monitor live-host performance, GMV/hour, conversion and live-stream effectiveness
• Develop strategies to improve live traffic, conversion and sales
• Grow and improve the TikTok affiliate programme
• Identify and develop suitable affiliates, creators and KOLs
• Review affiliate commission structures, product selection and promotional strategies
• Work with the team to increase affiliate contribution and creator-generated sales

Growth & Digital Marketing

• Work closely with the team to support e-commerce growth through content, paid traffic, affiliates and campaigns
• Review basic marketing performance such as traffic, customer acquisition cost, conversion and campaign ROI
• Provide input on content and campaign priorities based on sales performance and product focus
• Coordinate with internal team members or external specialists on Meta, TikTok and other digital marketing activities
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and customer retention
• Learn and gradually take greater ownership of digital marketing decisions as the business grows

You do not need to be a marketing expert. We are primarily looking for someone strong in e-commerce operations who is commercially minded and willing to learn and grow into the marketing side of the business.

Team Management

• Lead and coordinate team members involved in e-commerce, live commerce, affiliates, content and digital growth
• Set clear targets, priorities and performance expectations
• Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews
• Improve SOPs, workflows and reporting processes
• Coordinate closely with customer service and other related functions where required
• Be willing to work hands-on when necessary, especially during major campaigns or when solving operational issues

Open-P&L Profit Sharing

The successful candidate will be eligible to participate in an open-P&L profit-sharing scheme based on actual business profitability.

You will have visibility into key commercial performance numbers so that you can understand how decisions relating to:

• sales
• gross margin
• platform fees
• advertising
• promotions
• fulfilment
• product mix
• operating costs

affect the profitability of the business.

The objective is to reward sustainable and profitable growth, rather than focusing only on GMV or headline sales.
