JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and drive revenue.
• Liaise with property agents, purchasers, and consultants to support smooth and effective sales transactions.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing approaches.
• Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights for review by the Management.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to stay informed about development progress and ensure alignment with sales and marketing activities.
• Assist in managing the sales gallery and ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Provide general support and perform any other duties as required by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum up to 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in property or real estate sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently yet collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
