Job Summary

​The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations across both fiat currencies and digital assets. Reporting to the Finance Manager or Financial Controller, this role ensures accurate ledger maintenance, timely multi-currency and token reconciliations, regulatory adherence, and month-end closing support.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Digital Asset & Fiat Accounting: Maintain general ledger (GL) entries for multi-currency fiat accounts and digital asset transactions (spot trading, collateralized lending, derivatives, and yield products).

• ​Balance Sheet & Wallet Reconciliation: Perform daily and month-end reconciliations across bank accounts, hot/cold custody wallets, and third-party exchange accounts.

• ​Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.

• ​Treasury & Operational Cash Flow: Monitor daily fiat and stablecoin liquidity, execute approved client settlements, and coordinate vendor/operational payments (AP/AR).
• ​Audit & Tax Support: Prepare audit schedules, assemble transaction documentation for internal and external auditors, and support corporate tax filings.

• ​Internal Controls: Implement standard operating procedures to safeguard company digital assets and ensure compliance with MAS/SFC guidelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
