Role Description This full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role is based in Putrajaya. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assist in tender preparation, and support negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors. Daily responsibilities include tracking project costs, monitoring budget performance, preparing cost reports, and supporting cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves coordinating with project managers and site teams, verifying progress claims, handling variations, and contributing to final account preparation while ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to manage budgets and support financial efficiency across projects.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with BOQ preparation and Cost Planning to support tendering, project estimation, and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess competencies in Cost Reporting to produce accurate, timely financial and progress reports for stakeholders.
• A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and standard measurement methods is beneficial.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, cost management tools) and strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills is advantageous.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work on-site in Putrajaya and meet project deadlines are required.
