1–2 years of working experience; retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsible, positive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and after-sales support.

Promote products and explain their features and benefits to customers.

Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

Support daily store operations, merchandising, price tagging, and promotions.

Handle stock replenishment and maintain proper inventory organisation.
