• Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of logistics/warehouse experience is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse, transportation and delivery operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and basic computer applications.

  • Able to prepare and maintain Delivery Orders (DO), inventory records and operational documents.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Responsible, organized and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Willing to work overtime when required by operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, warehouse and delivery activities.

• Prepare and process Delivery Orders, picking lists, shipping documents and other operational paperwork.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, transporters and customers on delivery and collection arrangements.

• Monitor daily deliveries and follow up on delivery status, delays and PODs (Proof of Delivery).

• Update inventory movements, stock records and operational reports accurately.

• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Arrange and monitor transportation/truck schedules and delivery routes.

• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and warehouse operations.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all logistics transactions.

• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock and assist with investigation and follow-up.

• Support e-commerce fulfilment, including order processing, picking/packing coordination and courier collection.

• Perform other logistics, warehouse and administrative duties assigned by management.
