About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Share Registry & Investor Services team as an Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to build a strong foundation in share registration, investor servicing, corporate actions, and capital market operations.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration or any business related field.
• Pleasant personality and strong communication skill.
• Strong attention to detail and numbers, excellent time management and job planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibility

• Assist in maintaining and updating shareholders’ records.
• Handle basic investor and shareholder enquiries.
• Coordinate with clients and advisors on job planning and service delivery.
• Support processing of corporate actions (e.g. dividends, bonus issue, rights issue)
• Assist in general meeting arrangements including proxy forms, attendance registration and voting administration.
• Support data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all shareholder-related data
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
