Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating professional training programs for both company staff and security personnel. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing workforce competency, operational excellence, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver effective training programs for employees and security personnel.
• Conduct classroom, practical, and on-site training sessions.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and reports.
• Ensure all training activities comply with HRDC requirements and company standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records/documentation.
• Support employee development initiatives and competency enhancement programs.
• Conduct refresher courses, onboarding programs, and compliance-related training.
• Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Promote a professional learning culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Must possess Certified Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification.
• Must be HRDC Accredited Trainer.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Training & Development, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as a professional trainer, preferably in security services or related industries.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train diverse groups including operational staff and security personnel.
• Good organizational and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple training programs effectively.
