Requirements

• Diploma/Degree students pursuing Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Operations Management, Customer Service or related fields
• Minimum commitment for the internship is 3 months.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively communicate with team members.
• Possess own transport and ability to travel as required.
• Preferred intake for October 2026. Candidates from other intakes are also encouraged to apply

Responsibility

• Schedule and coordinate engineer appointments with users/customers.
• Update, monitor, and close tickets in the ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tickets are handled according to SLA and proper procedures.
• Communicate with engineers and users to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in standby rotation when required to support operations outside normal working hours.
