• [1–3] years producing short-form video, or a strong showreel that proves you can do it

• A portfolio or reel is required — please include links when you apply

• Solid editing skills in CapCut and at least one professional NLE

• Understands short-form specifically: the first 3 seconds, retention, pacing, native platform feel

• Comfortable and natural on camera

• Basic camera, lighting and audio know-how; can troubleshoot on a shoot without panicking

• Can work fast and independently, and take feedback without ego

• Valid driving licence and willing to travel to shoot locations [state coverage area]

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics (After Effects) or basic animation

• Photography for social and campaign use

• Experience directing non-professional talent (riders, merchants, real customers)

• Colour grading and sound mixing

Production (60%)

• Concept and script short-form videos: hooks, story beats, punchlines, CTAs

• Shoot on [phone / mirrorless / DSLR] with basic lighting and audio setup

• Edit in CapCut / Premiere Pro / [Final Cut / DaVinci] — cuts, captions, sound design, motion text, colour

• Produce [X] publish-ready short videos per [week / month] across formats: skits, explainers, UGC-style, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, product demos

• Manage shoot logistics: talent, props, locations, permissions, schedule

• Repurpose and re-cut long content into multiple short formats

• Maintain an organised asset library — raw footage, B-roll, templates, brand assets

• Review performance with the Social Media Executive and iterate on what the retention graph is telling you

On Camera (40%)

• Act, host or narrate in PickGo content as required

• Play recurring characters in ongoing series formats
