Requirements

• Fresh graduates and diploma holders are welcome

• Candidates from any academic background may apply

• Sales, customer service, administration or business development experience is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Confident, motivated and target-oriented

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Interested in building a career in sales and leadership

No prior experience in financial services is required. Training will be provided.

Income & Incentives

• Income opportunity: RM3,000 – RM10,000

• Commission potential: Up to RM90,000 annually

• Monthly incentives: Up to RM4,000

• Annual bonuses: Up to RM28,800

• Additional performance-based rewards and incentives

Income, commission, incentives and bonuses are performance-based and subject to the applicable scheme and eligibility requirements.
