Job Descriptions:

• Supervise daily operations of the cutting department.
• Plan and arrange cutting schedules according to production requirements.
• Monitor fabric/material cutting processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensure efficient material usage and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality control departments.
• Monitor manpower allocation and workers’ performance in the cutting section.
• Ensure cutting output meets production targets and delivery timelines.
• Check and verify cutting measurements, patterns, and specifications.
• Handle and solve production or material issues related to cutting processes.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of cutting machines and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the department.
• Prepare daily production reports and department records.
• Train and guide cutting department workers when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, or Degree equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or cutting department supervision.
• Knowledge of fabric/material cutting processes and production workflow.
• Able to read cutting measurements, patterns, and specifications accurately.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workers and monitor department productivity.
• Familiar with cutting machines and basic machine maintenance.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
• Experience in bags, garments, or textile manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
