We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
我们正在寻找一名餐厅副经理，协助餐厅经理管理日常营运，确保餐厅运作顺畅。

What You’ll Do | 工作内容

· Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
协助餐厅经理处理日常营运。

· Supervise and support the restaurant team.
监督及协助餐厅团队。

· Ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.
确保服务顺畅并提升顾客用餐体验。

· Monitor staff performance and attendance.
监督员工工作表现及出勤情况。

· Assist with staff scheduling and manpower arrangements.
协助员工排班及人力安排。

· Monitor food quality, cleanliness and service standards.
监督食品质量、卫生及服务标准。

· Assist with inventory and operational control.
协助库存及营运管理。

· Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
处理顾客咨询及反馈。

· Train and guide team members.
培训及指导团队成员。

· Take charge of restaurant operations in the Manager's absence.
餐厅经理不在时负责餐厅日常营运。

Who We’re Looking For | 我们寻找这样的你

· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business or related field.
酒店管理、餐饮管理、商业管理或相关专业文凭/学位。

· 2–3 years of relevant F&B/restaurant experience preferred.
具备 2–3年相关餐饮/餐厅经验者优先。

· Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
有主管或领班经验者优先。

· Strong communication and leadership skills.
具备良好的沟通及领导能力。

· Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
有责任感、主动及以顾客为先。

· Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
能够实际参与工作，并适应快节奏的工作环境。

· Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
能够配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。

· Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
会说普通话者优先考虑。

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
