This is a B2B field sales position. This role suits someone with 0-10 years of sales experience who wants to grow in B2B. You will get structured training, a defined territory, and support from senior salespeople as you learn how developer sales work

What You Will Do

• Visit B2B clients in your assigned territory

• Present WCD's products using samples and catalogues

• Follow up on leads and enquiries, turn them into quotations and orders

• Build a client database and keep regular contact with your accounts

• Work with supoprt team to deliver quotations

• Work closely with your Sales Manager

Role Overview

WCD is looking for a relationship manager to further develop our wholesale B2B market and nurture our customers' businesses. This is a significant-impact role where you'll be directly involved in guiding dealers (resellers).

You will be managing existing databases - and also be responsible for meeting and developing new partners.

The success of dealers is the function of your role. Dealer sales focus on product knowledge, nurturing relationships, and implementing already developed sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with partners

• Identify opportunities for larger projects

• Progressively learn Wallpapers, Curtains and Floorings to 3x your sales

Qualification & Experience

• Friendly and approachable personality

• A valid driving license

• Fresh graduateswho are eager toexperience and maintainarelationship journeyand earn extra commissionat the same time areencouraged to apply!

• Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. You are required to deal with clients who prefer to speak in Mandarin.
