Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Management Trainee – Marketing to join MOMOYO's Marketing team.

You will gain hands-on exposure to F&B marketing, brand campaigns, social media, content, events and promotional activities, while working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to strengthen MOMOYO's brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Support social media content planning and marketing activities across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in organizing events, brand activations, pop-ups and collaboration activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor F&B trends, competitors and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with outlet operations to ensure marketing campaigns and promotional materials are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, influencers/KOLs and external partners when required.
• Track campaign performance, customer feedback and marketing results.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and support the team in improving future campaigns.
• Assist with other marketing and branding projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, F&B or related fields.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and current marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to the nature of the business.
