• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Good judgement and the ability to read between the lines.
• Naturally curious and able to ask the right questions, not just follow a script.
• Comfortable communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• International exposure or experience working with foreign candidates is highly preferred.
• Able to identify inconsistencies, potential concerns and important details during conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and make practical decisions.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of applicants while maintaining quality.
• Empathetic but objective — able to understand an applicant's circumstances while still assessing suitability objectively.

Applicant Screening & Interview

• Review applicant profiles and shortlist candidates based on customer requirements.
• Conduct interviews with Indonesian and Filipino applicants.
• Assess applicants' experience, skills, attitude, communication, personality and willingness to perform the required duties.
• Ask relevant follow-up questions based on the applicant's answers, rather than relying only on a fixed set of questions.
• Identify potential red flags, inconsistencies or areas that require further clarification.
• Exercise independent judgement when deciding whether an applicant is suitable to be presented to a customer.
• Provide clear feedback and observations on applicants after interviews.

Biodata & Profile Management

• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete applicant biodata.
• Ensure applicant information is clearly presented and aligned with the actual interview findings.
• Publish and update applicant profiles on the Innovedge website.
• Ensure all information, photos and relevant details are complete, accurate and professionally presented.
• Coordinate with overseas teams/agencies to obtain missing information or clarification where required.
