PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:
To drive new business growth for KJFEM in Singapore's commercial cleaning and integrated facilities services market. The role is responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing new contracts, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and representing the Company at tenders and client meetings, while working closely with the General Manager, Business Development (MY & SG) and the Operations team to ensure a smooth handover and delivery of won contracts.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Development
Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, institutional, and public sector segments in Singapore.
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new leads and prospects, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the GM, Business Development.
Client & Contract Management
Build and manage relationships with facility managers, MCST/MA committees, procurement teams and corporate clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing within Company delegation of authority and minimum margin guidelines.
Ensure a smooth handover of newly secured contracts to the Operations team, and support client onboarding.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
Track competitor activity, market pricing and industry developments in the Singapore cleaning/FM sector.
Ensure proposals and contracts comply with NEA Cleaning Business Licence requirements, the Employment Act, and other applicable Singapore regulations.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of quotations, contract trackers and CRM/pipeline entries (work order documentation is prepared and supported by Sales Admin).
Prepare and submit sales activity, pipeline and forecast reports to the GM, Business Development (MY & SG) on a regular basis.

To issue sales quotations to customers in accordance with the Company's delegation of authority.
