Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong — Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Beautician Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead a team of beauticians, and ensure excellent treatment quality and customer experience. The role combines hands-on beauty expertise, team leadership, service quality, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise beauticians and skin therapists.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and daily salon operations.
• Conduct client consultations and skin analyses and recommend suitable treatments.
• Ensure all treatments follow proper safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor stock, products, equipment, and treatment room hygiene.
• Support sales by promoting treatment packages, skincare products, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate client records and operational reports.
• Work with branch management on marketing and client retention initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Beautician or Skin Therapist.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Diploma/certification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty products, and hygiene standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to coach and motivate a team while maintaining service quality.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Working Requirements

• Fully onsite at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
• 5 working days per week during normal office hours.
• Hands-on leadership role covering team management, treatments, customer experience, operations, and sales support.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
