Plan production activities based on established production schedules and make daily assignment.

Ensure Occupational, Health & Safety compliance at workplace. 

Request raw materials and consumables.

Proper and constant maintenance works at the production plant.

Ensure quality requirements are met.

Ensure works are being carried out according to standard working procedures and timely completion.

Prepare and submit daily production reports to the superior.

Implement departmental safety programmes to ensure a safe workplace.

Ensure proper maintenance work of production plants.

Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the workplace.

Foster good teamwork and working relationship among workers.

Assist superior to manage and control inventories of spare parts.

Responsible for the general housekeeping of the workplace.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
