Duties

• We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will lead outreach and promotional campaigns to raise institution visibility while guiding prospective students and parents through the inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline. You will be responsible for driving enrollment growth, managing digital and direct marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless registration process.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and search channels.
• Create engaging promotional content, including flyers, banners, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Organize and represent the institution at educational fairs, open days, school visits, and community networking events.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine target audience outreach and optimize return on investment.

2. Sales & Student Recruitment

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Conduct informative consultation sessions to guide prospective students and parents on program offerings, entry requirements, tuition fees, and career pathways.
• Proactively follow up with prospective leads to maintain engagement and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with feeder schools, partners, and education agents.

3. Student Registration & Admissions

• Guide prospective students through the application and registration steps from start to finish.
• Collect, verify, and process application documents (transcripts, identification, reference letters) in compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Input and maintain accurate student data .
• Coordinate with academic and finance departments to facilitate smooth onboarding, fee payments, and orientation for new intake cohorts.

General Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Powerpoint / Excel / canva / Google Workspace)
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Friendly, responsible, and good with parents & children
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Possess valid driving licence and own transportation
