Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Support research workstreams on macroeconomic developments, policy changes, energy transition development in our markets, new markets and benchmarking analysis on competitors, partners, emerging technologies to support corporate strategy, planning and strategic reviews.
• Support governance and secretariat activities for management committees, including meeting preparation, consolidation, review, insights analysis, action tracking and follow-up coordination of business or corporate update / plan / proposal submissions from business and corporate function units.
• Adopt digitalisation, AI tools and agents to deliver workstreams within and across teams.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Engineering, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in corporate strategy, energy and sustainability, macroeconomic developments and the energy transition.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into clear insights.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, preparing presentation materials and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in using digital and AI tools to enhance research, analysis and productivity.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
