You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting key recruiting activities with a focus on sourcing and other adhoc tasks/projects.

• Provide support of key recruiting activities including sourcing, scheduling interviews, planning logistics, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Work closely with internal recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source relevant candidates.
• Ensure the consistent updating of candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system, utilizing tags and filters for better organization.
• Assist in recruitment projects by conducting talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates within specified requirements.
• Provide assistance with various recruitment-related tasks and/or projects as needed.

• Commit for the period of Dec 2026 - Jan 2027 and/or Jan 2027 - Jun 2027
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
