Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage customer purchase orders (PO), including order processing, confirmation, and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer orders, production progress, and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales orders, delivery schedules, customer records, and related documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any changes to delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, and product-related concerns.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, order forecasts, and other customer service reports.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support customer audits, documentation requests, and other customer-related activities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, stamping, or precision manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, sales order processing, and production planning is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery requirements.

Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
