Company Description YTY Group is a leading Southeast Asia–based manufacturer of high-quality, single-use medical gloves, operating advanced facilities in Malaysia and Indonesia with an annual capacity exceeding 25 billion gloves. The company is a recognized leader in Nitrile and Polychloroprene examination gloves used primarily in hospitals, emergency services, and other healthcare settings.

Role Description The Senior Shipping Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sitiawan, responsible for managing end-to-end import & export shipping operations for the company’s glove products. This role oversees the preparation, verification, and timely submission of import & export documentation, coordinates with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time shipment, and monitors shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics performance. The Senior Shipping Executive will handle booking arrangements, container movement schedule and ensure compliance with relevant import & export regulations and customer requirements. The role also involves resolving shipment issues, maintaining accurate records, preparing shipping reports, and supporting continuous process improvements in the shipping and logistics function.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, including preparation, verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of import & export procedures and regulations, particularly in manufacturing or medical device sectors.
• Experience in forwarding and freight management, including booking, routing, and logistical charges negotiation.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics and office software; experience with Oracle, ERP or shipping management systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations at a senior or supervisory level.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
