We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our team and support a range of business and operational activities. This role involves working closely with different departments to ensure daily operations are well coordinated, information is properly maintained, and business tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and administrative activities of the company
• Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, and internal records
• Assist the sales and project teams with coordination, follow-ups, and administrative matters
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking records
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on pending matters when necessary
• Assist management with various operational projects and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail with a responsible and proactive working attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and adapt to different responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a small and collaborative team environment
