B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS

• Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1)
• SPM Result: A for both Maths and Addional Maths (or equivalent) 
• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mandarin speaking is a bonus.

Are you an accounting graduate who wants to do more than traditional bookkeeping? You will work with clients and our technology team to turn real business problems into practical digital workflows. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

What you will do

• Understand clients’ accounting and operational processes, identify pain points, and document requirements.
• Support ERP implementation projects, including finance workflows, sales orders, inventory, reconciliation and reporting.
• Help map, configure, test and validate system workflows; check that transactions and reports are accurate.
• Work with developers and project leads to translate accounting requirements into system improvements and AI-enabled automation opportunities.
• Support data preparation, migration, user acceptance testing, user training and go-live activities.
• Track assigned deliverables, follow up proactively with stakeholders, and take ownership of issues through resolution.

What we are looking for

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; CIMA studies or qualification are a strong advantage, not a requirement.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in ERP, AI, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Self-driven, proactive and accountable; comfortable learning quickly and working in a growing business.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues and build a long-term career in technology consulting.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP or accounting systems through internships, projects or work.
• Understanding of inventory, e-commerce operations or bank reconciliation.
• Mandarin communication skills to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
