Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related industry.

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Customer service experience, preferably within the logistics/shipping industry.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.

Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding shipment status, schedules, and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate with internal operations teams, freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processing.

Follow up on shipment bookings, documentation, delivery schedules, and related requirements.

Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment-related issues professionally and efficiently.
