Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM above, any field

1~3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions

Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required

Actively promote and sell Huawei smartphones, wearables, and accessories to walk-in customers.

Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets.

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service courteously.

Build long-term customer relationships and maintain brand loyalty.

Ensure all Huawei products, display units, and promotional materials are clean, updated, and in good working condition.

Maintain proper visual merchandising according to Huawei's retail guidelines.

Update daily sales reports accurately and submit on time.

Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items to the supervisor.

Assist in stock count and inventory management when required.

Stay updated on the latest Huawei products, competitor activities, and market trends.

Share customer feedback and competitor insights with the supervisor for continuous improvement.

Adhere to Huawei's retail operation standards, grooming policy, and attendance guidelines.
