Location: Klinik Primehealth Elmina, Shah Alam
Employment Type: Contract/ Fulltime

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care.
• Register patients and manage patient records accurately.
• Take and record patients' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, etc.).
• Assist during medical examinations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and medical equipment.
• Dispense medication as instructed by the doctor.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of medical equipment and clinic facilities.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required).
