Job Description

Requirements

  • 持有会计或相关专业的文凭。
  • 具备至少1年会计相关工作经验。
  • 熟悉基本的会计准则和财务软件。
  • 具备良好的数据录入和核对能力。
  • 细心、有责任心，能够保守公司财务秘密。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，特别是Excel。

Responsibilities

  • 协助处理日常会计账目，包括应收账款和应付账款的记录与核对。
  • 负责银行对账单的核对与差异处理。
  • 协助准备月度、季度和年度财务报表。
  • 处理费用报销和发票的录入与归档。
  • 协助进行库存盘点和成本核算。
  • 支持审计工作，提供必要的会计凭证和数据。
  • 完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。
