Drawbridge is expanding! We are looking for high-energy Inside Sales Executives to help us scale and conquer new markets across Malaysia. If you love closing deals, crushing targets, and want an uncapped commission structure, this is your playground.

• The Drive: A hunter mindset with a resilient attitude toward handling rejection.

• The Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills over the phone or video calls.

• Experience: 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience (Fresh grads with a high hunger for sales are welcome!).

• Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin proficiency is a +).
  

• Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and reach out to new B2B prospects across Malaysia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach to virtual product demonstrations and closing.

• CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data in our CRM system.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with our Digital Marketing team to instantly follow up on inbound leads and convert them into revenue
