Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and provide excellent service to customers. The successful candidate will assist with daily sales activities, product enquiries, order processing, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist with stock checking, product displays, and inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with promotions, marketing activities, and sales campaigns.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and confident.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
