Job Description & Requirements

:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities on construction sites.
Lead workers in the installation, alignment and dismantling of formwork.
Read construction drawings and plan manpower, materials and tools for assigned work.
Check formwork dimensions, levels, alignment and supports before requesting inspection and concrete casting.
Coordinate with site engineers, safety personnel and other trades to meet project schedules.
Conduct toolbox briefings and ensure workers follow approved work methods and site safety requirements.
Monitor workmanship, material usage and housekeeping, and report progress and site issues to the site management team.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in formwork construction, including experience leading a team.
Able to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings.
Familiar with formwork installation, dismantling and safe work practices.
Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Able to work on construction sites and manage daily work priorities.
Relevant construction safety training or certification is an advantage.
