Job Purpose:

• Serve as the Quality Assurance handle for SSH Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and act as the primary point of contact for external audits and certifications.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO requirements.
• Review, monitor, and update quality control procedures and processes and other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of the ISO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the CEO or the General Manager regarding matters related to the Quality Management System Performance for review and as basis for action and improvement.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System is established, implemented and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO standards.
• Ensure that processes needed for the ISO Management System is determined and its application throughout the organization.
• Ensure that optimum sequence and interaction of processes are determined.
• Ensure that criteria and methods are clearly defined to ensure both operation and control of processes is effectively performed.
• Ensure that all Documents needed for the ISO Management System is established and adequately defined prior to issue and use.
• Facilitates the identification of necessary resources and information that will support the implementation and monitoring of the ISO Management System.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Guide the organization on the proper application of the ISO Management System and ensure uniformity of understanding and consistency of application.
• Liaison with external parties on quality system matters and during audits, this includes ensuring all audit checks are properly carried out to monitor and measure the status of the ISO Management System periodically.
• Ensure that all faults or nonconformities are properly rectified and prevented from recurring.
• Initiate steps towards continuous quality improvement in the total business process chain.
• Meet the top management and relevant departments to decide what should be done about quality failings and to suggest how quality can be improved.
• Meet the top management and relevant departments to ensure that quality objectives are established at all relevant functions and levels within the organization.
• Ensure that adequate planning is carried out in order to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the ISO and attainment of Quality Objectives.
• Continuously review and assess overall business fulfilment groups, product, quality, reliability performance and services to identify opportunities for improvement in a long term and short-term goal setting.
• Verifies the effectiveness of internal communication and ensure that appropriate communication takes place regarding the application and effectiveness of the ISO.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the work environment is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.

Authorities:

• Authorized to decide on resolving conflicts and irregularities regarding the application of the ISO Management System in compliance with ISO Standard and the company’s rules and regulation.
• Authorized to acquire necessary information on matters that will affect the ISO Management System and execute necessary controls or directives to ensure that the integrity of the ISO will be maintained when changes are being planned and implemented.
• Authorized to call meetings for information updates and collate suggestions or recommendations to solve problems and improvement in the ISO.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical), Quality Management, HSE, or related field.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable, such as:ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
• At least 2-4 years of experience in quality management, QMS implementation, or HSE systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience in internal and external audits, NCR management, CAPA, and monitoring compliance with ISO standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with top management, customers, and auditors effectively.
• Experience in document control, process monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of risk-based thinking, continuous improvement, and KPI monitoring for QMS and HSE.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
